Service Description

Our Patient Advocates work directly for you, not the insurance companies or hospitals. We offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to determine whether our services are a good fit for you or your loved one. During this consultation, we will discuss your health care concerns, review your goals and determine if our Patient Advocates can help you meet your goals. Once you decide on services with AHHC, the next step is scheduling an initial Home Assessment.
